Representing Yourself in a Small Claim?

The Northwest Suburban Bar Association staffs the Pro Se desk on Friday afternoons at the Third Municipal District Courthouse in Rolling Meadows (outside of room 206).

The Attorney is there to assist you with your questions regarding preparation of documents and to answer general questions regarding your small claim court case.

In order to file a small claim with the Circuit Court of Cook County, cases need to be under $5,000.00.

The desk is only open on Friday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or until the last court call is done (3:30 p.m. or 4:00 p.m.).
