Staring: William Shatner & James Spader


Program Format:

Participants will watch Episode 4, Season 1, “Change of Course, Boston Legal (2004)” and Two Sections of Episode 1 of “Justice - What’s the Right Thing to Do” .  We will stop at each point the attorney is faced with an ethical dilemma

under the ABA Model Rules and the Illinois Attorney Rules of Professional Conduct.  There will be an opportunity to discuss and analyze several issues raised by the presenters and the group.. Time will be allotted to discuss some of the differences between real practice and the TV episode.
