We will review some recent legislative changes that impact mortgage foreclosure practice and amendments to the LLC Act that may leave agents less protected than before. We will also continue kicking around ideas for our 2020 seminar (April 30, 2020). Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am pleased to invite you to our next meeting of the NWSBA's Debtor-Creditor Committee on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Peggy Kinnane's Irish Restaurant located at 8 N. Vail, Arlington Heights, IL.     I expect the meeting to run to about 1:15 pm which should give everyone plenty of time to return to court or their offices.  Lunch is "dutch treat" but the knowledge and fun are free as is the CLE credit you will earn by attending (if you are an NWSBA member).     We will review some recent legislative changes that impact mortgage foreclosure practice and amendments to the LLC Act that may leave agents less protected than before.  We will also continue kicking around ideas for our 2020 seminar (April 30, 2020).   Finally, everyone is invited to bring any case law that interests them or topics that they would like input on from committee members.

Please RSVP to me by email or phone by noon on Tuesday, November 5, so we may let the restaurant know how many to expect. I look forward to seeing everyone then.
