|Criminal & Traffic Law Committee|
The Criminal Law/Traffic Law Committee is open to all members who have a common interest in criminal law proceedings, including prosecutors and defense counsel, by providing a forum for the exchange of ideas leading to the improvement of individual trial abilities in various areas of criminal law. The Criminal Law Committee is responsible for presenting one continuing legal education seminar per year on emerging issues in criminal law.
One (1) hour of CLE credit is also issued to all members in good standing attending Criminal Law Committee meetings. Non-members are welcome to attend committee meetings, however they are not eligible to receive CLE credit.
The Criminal Law/Traffic Law Committee meets the 1st Tuesday of the month from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at the Rolling Meadows Courthouse in Room 034.
